What is Trackmytennis (TMT) ?

Trackmytennis is an insanely unique way to organize, track and grow your tennis programs online. It is the first ever online tool specifically designed to help tennis managers save a lot of time achieving these important functions: schedule classes, accept and process registrations, track students attendance and staff hours, easily get financial reports and maintain accurate records.

All you need is a browser and an internet connection to get started.

Who is Trackmytennis for?

Trackmytennis is for tennis professionals and clubs who run classes and private lessons for multiple students.

How much does Trackmytennis cost?

Pricing is based on the number of registrations your program receives in a month. If you have less than 10 registrations in a month, it’s free for you. After that, our affordable pricing will vary according to the number of registrations you get each month. You never have to worry about paying too much on your slow months. Check out our pricing page for details.

Do I have to pay during the off-season?

Nope! You only pay based on the registrations you get so if you have no registrations you pay nothing you still keep your professional website and all the bells and whistles in the tool. Each month, we calculate how many registrations you received and you pay for the tier in which that number falls. Again, if you are having a rather slow month, we help you reduce your costs by adapting our pricing to your registration cycles.

What payment methods do you accept? Can you take purchase orders? Can you invoice me?

For now, after we determine how many registration you have received for a particular month, we invoice you at the end of the month. Your bill is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Can I prepay for 3-months, 6-months, a year?

Please contact us to discuss this option as we can provide significant savings should you choose to pay yearly.

What is your refund policy?

Since this is a pay-as-you-go service we don't provide refunds. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred during the month.

Does Trackmytennis have banner ads?

No, not at this time

Can I customize Trackmytennis for my club?

Of course, we allow you to customize colors to give you a professional presence online. Later on, we will also allow you to customize your template

Is our club’s information private and secure?

For sure! We provide an SSL enabled site and password protection to ensure this. Furthermore, we have backup services to ensure your information is accessible within 48 hours of any disruption.

What languages is Trackmytennis available in?

Currently, the application is only available in English. But we are planning to offer this in several other languages including Spanish, French, Portuguese and more.

Can I use Trackmytennis to run my entire club?

Absolutely. Trackmytennis was designed to achieve just that. It provides a simple, affordable yet incredibly useful way to remain organized and on top of the administrative side of your club.

What are the system requirements to use Trackmytennis?

All you need is a modern web browser and an internet connection. We recommend firefox and google chrome

Does Trackmytennis have an iPhone app?

Not yet, but our application is mobile-enabled. We will developing our mobile app soon.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my monthly subscription?

Our Trackmytennis Billing Portal is available for you to log-in, manage your subscription and update your account information at anytime 24/7. You are also welcome to email us your questions at support@trackmytennis.com and we will respond within 10 business hours.

How long does it take to get going?

After you sign up, you can set up your website and programs in as little as 1 hour and you can begin taking registrations online right away. We also have a great Jumpstart Guide and Getting-Started Videos which contain implementation steps with a proven methodology that describes how to quickly and successfully launch

What about Support and Training?

If you are new to Trackmytennis, there is a 99% chance that your question can be resolved with our thorough training guides and videos.

Our commitment is to respond to you within 1 hour of your request. After 5pm, it will be answered right away the following business day.

What if I want to terminate my relationship with Trackmytennis, how do I get my data?

You can terminate your relationship with Trackmytennis at anytime. You also can run reports at any time and export your data to excel before closing your account.

Can I accept credit card payments with TMT?

Yes! With a Trackmytennis online store, your members can buy packages online and pay by credit card. You do have to create or use your existing paypal account to enable this feature.

Do you offer scheduling?

Yes, We do offer scheduling. TMT allows you to schedule your classes, publish them online, and allow your students to register and pay for them.

Can I take attendance ?

Absolutely! After you create a class and add students, TMT creates a printable roster that allows you to easily take attendance. You can also take attendance using a tablet or your smart phone.

Is using Trackmytennis faster than using paper sign-in or excel spreadsheets?

There is absolutely no comparison between TMT nad paper or excel based processes. TMT allows you enter your students and programs information, have access to that information from anywhere in the world, easily edit access and search that information, and it keeps everything extremely organized. Additionally, TMT allows your student to enter and edit their information online, saving you and them valuable time and money. Among other great benefits, TMT allows you to save your data and never worry about losing it. You cannot have this much convenience and ease of use with paper or excel.

Can my students see their account status online?

Yes, members have their own dashboards so they can see their registration and payment history.

Can my students schedule a lesson online?

Students cannot schedule a specific time for a lesson online. However, they can pay for a lesson, request a particular time and the appropriate coach will contact them to confirm.

Does Trackmytennis work for iPhones/iPad?

Yes. You can access them from the Safari browser. We are still in the process of building the apps.

Does Trackmytennis work offline?

No. You will need to have a decent internet connection to access your Trackmytennis account. We do have a few businesses that do not have internet. They use signin sheets in combination with Trackmytennis. After the day is over they take the sign-in sheets, and record attendance and purchases into Trackmytennis.

I already have a student list (on a spreadsheet, on index cards, etc.). How do I import it?

No problem. After you sign up, you will see our easy to follow instructions on how to import your list. If you are still experiencing issues importing your list, please contact us and we’ll import your student list and make sure you are all set to get started.

Is my data safe?

Trackmytennis knows how important your customer data is to you. Your privacy is respected. All data is secure, backed up, and is NEVER shared with anyone

Does Trackmytennis provide a credit card reader?

No. You can sign up for Square or PayPal to swipe credit cards. You will then need to go back to TMT and record the payment amount and method of payment.

Does Trackmytennis integrate credit card transactions from a credit card reader?

Not at the moment. After you have received payment, you will then need to go back to TMT and record the payment amount and method of payment for that particular student.

Does Trackmytennis integrate with email marketing tools like Constant Contact, MailChimp and Vertical Response?

Not at the moment, but we provide you a groups feature which allows you to send mass emails to some or all of your members.

Does Trackmytennis integrate with QuickBooks?

Not at this time.

Does Trackmytennis provide payroll processing?

Not at this time

Does Trackmytennis have a contract?

There is no contract to sign. You can cancel anytime. You are billed each month.

When will I be billed?

We'll send you an invoice at the beginning of the month based on the number of registrations in the last month. Your bill is due upon receipt.

How long has Trackmytennis been in business?

We were founded in January 2011, and launched a beta version in May 2012, a version that helped us gather valuable customer feedback. We took that feedback to improve our product so we can deliver even more value for our clients. We launched our newest version in June 2013 and our clients have been very happy with the functionality, features, price, and support of TMT.

Do you have non-tennis customers?

Not at this point but we are willing to expand to other sports in the future.

How many customers does Trackmytennis have?

Trackmytennis services many customers primarily in the western part of the United States
